The quick size changeovers and the various slitting systems installed make the RTA125 a machine suitable to run both small and large orders.
By using the PACK-ROLL group it is possible to produce “Superclear” BOPP rolls.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2000 mm.
- Min. slitting width: 9 mm.
- Max. finished rolls diameter: 125 mm.
- Finished rolls inside diameter: 1” – 1 ½ “ – 2” – 3”
- Slitting systems: in-air razor blades, in-groove razor blades, score knives, shear knives
- Rewinding group for with 4 or 8 rewinding shafts.
- Automatic end-tab application
- Automatic transversal cut-off
- Automatic core Loader in line with the Slitter-Rewinder
- Automatic transfer of the rewinding shafts from the Slitter-Rewinder to the Core Loader and vice versa
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 10 m. BOPP rolls = 18 sec. approx.
- Cycle time for 50 m. BOPP rolls = 27 sec. approx.
FITTINGS:
- Pack-roll group to produce rolls of “Superclear”
- Double-adhesive and silicone tabs for special laminated materials
- Systems for rolls positioning and conveyance to the Packaging Machines
- Other fittings according to the material to be converted
