It produces medical tapes of: No-woven – micropore PE – cloth – silk and rigid bandages (Athletic tape – Hockey tape).
It can be equipped with rolls conveyance system to the automatic Packaging machine.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 1650 mm.
- Finished rolls widths: from 1,25 cm. to 10 cm.
- Max. finished rolls diameter: 80 mm.
- Cores inside diameter: 25 mm.
- Jumbo-rolls driven unwinding, with automatic Jumbo-rolls edge guide
- Rollers of Slitter-Rewinder and Unwinder, ajnthi-adhesive type, treated with Plasma Coating.
- Slitting systems: score-knives – standard and zig-zag (razor blades upon request)
- Time needed for size changeover: 20 min. approx.
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 9 m.rolls: 12 sec. approx.
