It produces BOPP rolls from 50 m. to over 1000 m. and rolls of Masking Tape, Duct Tape and other self-adhesive tapes.
It can be equipped with “ALL IN ONE” Interchangeable Group that allows the production of rolls of different widths, by simple and quick adjustments, with a remarkable cost containment
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: 1650 and 2000 mm.
- Min. slitting width: 9 mm.
- Max. finished roll diameter: 305 mm.
- MINIMUM GAP GROUP
- Roll inside diameter: 3” (2” and 1 ½ “ upon request)
- Slitting systems: razor-blades (score knives upon request)
- Mechanical speed: 400 m./min.
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 50 m. rolls = from 27 to 30 sec. according to the machine’s working width.
- Cycle time for 1000 m. BOPP rolls = 3 min. approx.
FITTINGS:
- Dedicated Interchangeable groups for rolls from 9 to 19 mm.
- “ALL IN ONE” Interchangeable group for rolls from 24 to 150 mm.
- Rolls unloading system – pitch type – for the rolls conveyance to Packaging machines.
END-LINE:
The FA305 can work in line with the following machines:
- LS27: for packages in FLAT configurations
- ATI30 and ATI20 with KC200 Interface: for packages in INDIVIDUAL – TOWER – ACCORDION configurations
