IT PRODUCES ROLLS AND LOGS WITH INSIDE DIAMETER VARIABLE FROM 85 MM. TO 1” AND 300 MM. OUTSIDE DIAMETER.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2150 mm.
- Min. slitting width: 9 mm.
- Max. finished rolls and logs diameter: 300 mm.
- MINIMUM GAP GROUP WITH LAY-ON-ROLL FUNCTION
- Rolls and logs inside diameter: 85 mm. – 3” – 2” – 1 ½ “
- Slitting systems that can be installed at the same time: razor blades, shear knives and score knives – traditional type or with automatic positioning.
- Mechanical speed: 400 m./min.
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 50 m. rolls = from 27 to 35 sec.
- Cycle times for 50 m. logs: from 22 to 25 sec.
THE CYCLE TIME DEPENDS ON THE MACHINE’S CONFIGURATION AND ON THE TYPE OF MATERIAL TO CONVERT.
