They work in line with any type of Slitter-Rewinder. The connection to the Slitter takes
place either directly or via the roll feeding unit KC which allows both rolls accumulation and quality control.

ATI30 and ATI20 can be equipped with an automatic roll positioner which guarantees perfect packages with different rolls widths and diameters .

MAIN FEATURES

• Rolls widths to be packed: from 9 mm. to 100 mm.
  
• Max. diameter of the rolls to be packed: 160 mm. (upper diameters upon request )
  
• Roll inside diameter: 3” (other diameters upon request)
  
• Packaging materials: PVC and PE, neutral or printed.
  
• Film driven unwinding
  
• Max. width of shrink wrapping film: 1200 mm.
  
• Control system for the printed film and bar code positioning

• ATI30 = 13 STROKES PER MINUTE (156  rolls of 48 mm. height)
  
• ATI20 =   7 STROKES PER MINUTE (84 rolls of 48 mm. height).
