The RS400 can be equipped with an adjustable Interchangeable group which allows the production of rolls with length variable from 36 to 300 mm. and with very low costs.
IT IS MANUFACTURED IN TWO VERSIONS:
- With 450 m./min speed
- With 600 m./min. speed
The rolls unloading and conveyance systems are designed to prevent damages to the final product.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2150 mm.
- Min. slitting width: 12 mm.
- Max finished rolls diameter: 400 mm.
- Minimum gap group
- Rolls inside diameter: 3”
- Slitting system: razor blades (score knives upone request)
- Mechanical speed: 450 and 600 m./min.
- Time needed for size changeover: from 10 to 15 min. approx..
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 1000 m. BOPP rolls = 1 min. and 50 sec. – 2,5 min.
- Cycle time for 1500 m. BOPP rolls = 4 minutes approx.
THE CYCLE TIMES VARY ACCORDING TO THE SELECTED MACHINE VERSION
