The model RS240/HD can be equipped with the PACK-ROLL system to eliminate air bubbles during the rewinding phase and to produce rolls of BOPP “Superclear”.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2150 mm.
- Min. slitting width: 9 mm.
- Max finished rolls diameter: 240 mm.
- Minimum gap group
- Rolls inside diameter: 3” (1 ½ “ and 2″ upon request)
- Slitting system: razor blades (score knives upon request)
- Mechanical speed: from 450 m./min. according to the requested version.
- TIME NEEDED FOR THE SIZE CHANGEOVER: 20 MIN. APPROX.
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 50 m. rolls = from 19 to 21 sec..
- Cycle time for 100 m. rolls = 25 sec. approx.

FITTINGS:
- PACK-ROLL group to produce rolls of “superclear” and to remove the air bubbles from the rolls
